We loved the location and the fact that it was right next to the Riverwalk. The hotel is situated so well that we could walk to most of the sights we wanted to see and also conveniently close to an array of restaurants, which we loved. The rooms where spacious enough that a family of 4 could stay comfortably. We only made use of the in room dining, however having breakfast in the beautiful restaurant was brilliant. We highly recommend the Westin to anyone wanting to visit San Antonio.

Our stay was delightful. The whole hotel was relaxed yet elegant, with helpful and welcoming staff. The pool was lovely on hotter days. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the beds are super-comfortable. We enjoyed being right on the Riverwalk, and we also appreciated the security of the porte cochere driveway for unloading the car on arrival.

Nice room (nothing exceptional, but nice), comfortable bed and bedding, mini fridge, TV had Bluetooth so we were able to listen to Pandora from our phone. Good view from balcony. The bar on the riverwalk, in the hotel, was nice, large, and has outdoor seating as well.

Beautiful hotel. Great location right by the riverwalk. I found the staff to be very friendly and competent. The room was very spacious and we enjoyed having a balcony. I would stay here again.
